What you'll be doing- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital channels
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document case resolutions
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfactory outcomes
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer service
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using customer service software and digital tools
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
