HR Recruiter
The HR Recruiter is responsible for finding and hiring the right people for the company. They handle the full hiring process — from posting job ads to interviewing candidates and helping new employees get started.
Main Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on websites and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with managers for final interviews and hiring decisions
- Help with job offers and onboarding of new hires
- Keep records of all recruitment activities
- Attend job fairs and other hiring events when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
- Experience in recruitment is a plus but not always required
- Good communication and people skills
