HR Recruitment Staff

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Staff member to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process while helping the company attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Source and screen qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and department requestors.
• Maintain and update applicant records in the recruitment database.
• Prepare job offers and assist with the onboarding process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related tasks assigned by management.
• Performs administrative tasks such as petty cash handling, office stocks inventory, and other admin-related tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in Sun Valley, Parañaque City.
