Security supervisor - Cagayan de Oro
About the role
As a Security Supervisor at VV Security Agency, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and personnel. In this full-time position based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, you will lead a team of security officers and be responsible for the effective implementation of security protocols and procedures.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of security officers
- Develop and implement security plans and procedures to safeguard the company's assets and personnel
- Monitor and report on the security status of assigned facilities, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as required
- Provide training and guidance to security officers to maintain high standards of performance
- Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular security assessments and recommend improvements
- Document and investigate security incidents, preparing detailed reports
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a security supervisory role
- Thorough understanding of security practices, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure
- Proficient in report writing and documentation
- Current security guard license or certification
