  1. Recruitment
  • Coordinates with the Philippine Employment Service Office
  • Uses official social media platforms of the coop for posting of recruitment
  • Interviews job applicants
  • Evaluates applications
  • Screens applicants for employments
  • Coordinates with the Managers for recruitment
  1. Development
  • Advises new employees concerning benefits and personnel policies and procedures
  • Develops and implements staff development program
  • Supervises records office staff including work assignments, work schedules, performance evaluation, counseling, training, etc.
  1. Maintaining
  • Payroll preparations every 15th and 30th of the month
  • Maintain accurate report on daily time sheets of employees
  • Issues Pay Slips to all employees
  • Issues memo to all employees, when necessary
  • Maintaining confidential passcodes for Chinabank Payroll, Chinabank E-gov System, SSS Portal, Philhealth and Pag-ibig
  • Prepares and reviews employee compensation and benefits packages
  • Updates periodically personnel records and files
  • Assures compliance of stored record information to security standards of applicable laws and regulations
  • Coordinates with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) for necessary compliance and other reports
  1. Reportorial Functions:
  • Submits all monthly process and concerns to the government agencies Pag-ibig, Philhealth and SSS
  • Monthly HR Report consist of the following:
 Actual number of employees
 Actual number of probationary
 Actual number of resignation
 Actual number of new hire
 Actual number of terminations
 Staff movement
 Reshuffling
 Vacant positions
 Action Plans
 Recommendations
  1. Other functions
  • Willing to travel to visit branches
  • All other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
With Relevant experience in HR Functions or entry-level HR roles like HR Assistant or recruiter
Strong in Communications skills both written and verbal
Skills in organizational, time-management and problem-solving are essential
Skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records
Computer Literate

Knowledge of best HR Practices and Philippines Labor Laws
