Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Review, validate, and process payment requests,
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage inquiries and documentation.
  • Ensure to meet production targets, task prioritization, and aging days.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or any finance-related course.
  • With 1-2 years of professional experience in accounts payable- invoice processing in shared service/BPO/international industries.
  • With strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Employment Type: Contract/Project-based; 6 months initial duration but subject for extension depends on business needs.
  • Work Schedule: Night Shift (10PM- 7AM) but must be open to work on shifting when needed.
  • Work Set-up: 100% onsite
  • Location: BGC, Taguig
  • CAN START ASAP or at least 15 DAYS NOTICE
