Process engineer

Job Description

• Monitor, check and approves the daily activities of production workers, line leaders, team leaders and technician job.
• Check and recommend safety measures needed in assigned production lines.
• Responsible in maintaining and improving the quality of products by means of providing work instructions such as Product Inspection Process, Manufacturing Instruction, Engineering Memo and also doing KAIZEN activities such as modifying and innovating new jigs, die and machine including competent parts.
• Prepare, revise and update all product inspection process, forms, memos, engineering plan, etc. needed in the production of each product.
• Shall prepare request for exceptional acceptance or rejection slip for those items that do not satisfy specifications.
• Responsible in analyzing, planning and recommending cost reduction measure by improving process to increase productivity with high efficiency and quality. Such as proposing manpower reduction, space reduction, improving equipment design and lifetime through kaizen activities.
• Implements, monitors and lead personnel under his supervision to comply on company policies, procedures and practices, including 6s policies.

• Graduate of BS in Computer Engineering, or any engineering course.
• Responsible and competent individual

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
