Process Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer, preferably in an EMS or electronics manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and hands‑on experience in EMS operations such as electronic assembly, process validation, and manufacturing support
- Working knowledge of ERP systems for manufacturing operations
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and continuous improvement tools
- Ability to analyze process data, identify gaps, and implement sustainable solutions
- Capable of preparing and interpreting process flows, work instructions, and technical documentation
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, experience with manufacturing or quality systems is an advantage
- Willing to work on the production floor and support operations as required
