A Process Engineer evaluates, designs, executes, measures, monitors, and controls business processes. Actively participates in Teams Projects, validates processes and provide suggestions for improvements.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
- At least 1 year of work related experience in Business Process, Quality Assurance and Risk Management in a Supply Chain industry
- Has excellent analytical skills, specifically understanding and interpretation of data
Skills:
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledgeable with IE methodologies and tools (i.e. time and motion, process mapping, benchmarking, etc.)
- Able to evaluate effectiveness of current logistical processes - warehousing, transportation and shipping vis-a-vis manpower
- Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Excellent in using MS Office - specifically Excel, Visio, and Power point
- Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment
