Job description:
JOB MAIN FUNCTION:
We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support both office operations and residential administrative needs. The role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide general administrative and clerical support for office and residential requirements
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence
- Maintain and organize filing systems (physical and digital)
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal arrangements
- Coordinate with internal departments, household staff, and external partners
- Handle office supplies inventory and procurement
- Support HR and accounting tasks when required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- At least 1 year of administrative experience (fresh graduates may apply)
- Can speak and understand Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to be assigned in Bauan, Batangas
- Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
- Experience in handling both office and personal/residential support tasks
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar tools
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- 1.5 days weekly rest day
