Secretary (Construction Company)

Location: Malvar Batangas
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₱15,000 – ₱20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to our construction team. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, handling communications, and maintaining important project and office documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to managers, engineers, and project staff
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, reports, and correspondence
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Schedule meetings, site visits, and appointments
  • Assist in preparing project documents, reports, and permits
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing when needed
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a construction or engineering company is an advantage
  • Familiarity with basic construction documents and terminology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
