About the role

What you'll be doing- Respond to and resolve a variety of IT-related inquiries and issues from employees, providing timely and effective support
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network components
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and deployment of new IT equipment and applications
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security measures
- Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systems and applications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT-related issues and resolutions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of IT strategies
- Graduate of BS Information Technology and Computer Science
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT-related issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Working knowledge of common operating systems, software applications, and hardware components
- Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
