We are looking for a driven and experienced Technical Training Officer who is committed to building EXCELLENCE in skills and competence for our employees. The successful candidate will be in charge of the technical skills training using all platforms available.
Job Description:
The Technical Training Officer develops, sources out and delivers training solution to address identified technical training needs of the manufacturing plant and warehouse in Laguna.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and delivers training materials for Carmelray Plant employees and south warehouse based on identified needs through Training Needs Analysis
- Develops and improves plant Work Instructions, SOP’s and Onboarding Program
- Enhances and delivers recurring training program for Manufacturing Plant and Warehouse
- Ensures that training delivered are in line with department and company objectives.
- Ensures that all plant employees– new and existing – are brought to the highest possible level of understanding of the GMP, GDP, GWP and other processes and standards
- Works with different departments in the plant to establish training needs and provide appropriate intervention
- Works with different departments in identifying annual employee developmental needs
- Provides trainee competency progress monitoring and trainee developmental summary
- Provides training assistance or delivers training modules to other offices when assigned by the Training & Development Manager.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training and modify materials as appropriate.
- Performs all other tasks assigned by the Training & Development Manager from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in a technical training delivery role is essential preferably manufacturing set-up
- Experience of working within a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Experience of communicating at all levels up to and including senior management
- Experience of the cosmetics manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Experience of designing, delivering and maintaining training materials is essential.
- Confidence in training delivery across different positions
- Open to working onsite in Carmelray 1, Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna.
