- Prepare training documentation such as training manuals, hand notes for participants, questionnaires, and other support materials.
- Schedule training sessions and send notifications to participants.
- Coordinate the preparation of training sessions, maintenance of training rooms, ensure all necessary equipment and catering arrangements as well. . Inform participants or employees about training schedules and other important reminders. . Participate at training sessions and also fill in for the manager when he is unable to attend. . Managing the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Computer literate especially in MS Office Application . Can relate well with people and open-minded. . Resourceful, adaptable with positive outlook in life and self motivated. . Good oral and written communication skills and Good presentation skills. . Self-motivated. . Other Duties: . Apart from fulfilling their specific training requirements, HR/training assistants are also in charge of taking care of administrative tasks such as handling the correspondence and writing memos, e-mails, letters, making copies, provide the training officer with general administrative support."
Qualifications/Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.At least 1 year of working experience in Training is required for this position; specialized in Training in Food and Beverages Industry is a PLUS but not require.
