Senior Sales Executive – Hospitality Automation Solutions

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by promoting YML Innovation’s ARIEL platform, an advanced AI-driven automation solution for hotels. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with hotel groups and individual properties, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

You will present how ARIEL automates hotel operations, finance, reservations, reconciliation, reporting, and revenue protection, while maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present and demonstrate ARIEL software solutions to prospective clients
  • Generate and manage new sales opportunities
  • Conduct online meetings and product presentations with international customers
  • Build relationships with hotel management teams and decision-makers
  • Prepare proposals and follow up on opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal technical and implementation teams
  • Support the full sales cycle from introduction to contract signing

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and documentation standards
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in software solutions or hospitality technology
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships at executive level
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively
