As a Sales Executive at Progressive Ideas Inc., you will be at the forefront of our business growth, playing a crucial role in driving the company's success via Bespoke IT Products & Solutions. This full-time position balances managing established accounts with the excitement of pursuing new sales opportunities.

You will leverage our extensive portfolio of services — including but not limited to IT Business Consultation, Systems Integration, CCTV Security, and — to provide practical solutions that work for our clients.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Be Doing):

  • Portfolio Management: Proactively manage and nurture a portfolio of existing client accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Lead Generation: Actively generate new leads and explore untapped market opportunities through prospecting and various channels.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, and lead the sales process from initial contact to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Collaboration: Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall sales strategy.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (Some college education or equivalent experience preferred).
  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in sales or account management. We provide full training and support for fresh graduates eager to enter the tech industry.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex ideas simply.
  • Mindset: A self-starter who is ambitious, driven, customer-focused, and can work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
  • Acumen: Strong problem-solving and commercial acumen.
  • Adaptability: A strong willingness to learn and adapt as the IT landscape evolves.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace.
