IT Staff - BGC, Taguig City (Junior to Senior Roles)

As an IT Staff you'll be instrumental in providing frontline technical assistance, maintaining our IT infrastructure, and ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in an IT support role; fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internships are encouraged.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and common office software.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with IT security principles and data protection is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service oriented approach.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City.

• Technical Assistance: Provide prompt and effective technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
• System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on workstations, servers, and network equipment, including installations, configurations, and upgrades.
• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical problems across various platforms and applications, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• User Account Management: Assist with user account creation, modification, and access rights management in accordance with security policies.
• IT Asset Management: Help track and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
• Documentation: Create and update IT documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
• Security Support: Contribute to maintaining a secure IT environment by assisting with security updates and adherence to IT policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior IT staff on projects and initiatives to improve overall IT services.
