Senior Marketing & Growth Manager

We are seeking experienced marketing leaders to drive business growth, customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and team development. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Growth Planning
  2. Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives
  3. Identify new market opportunities and growth channels
  4. Build scalable acquisition and retention frameworks
  5. Team Leadership & Management
  6. Lead and mentor marketing and growth teams
  7. Set KPIs, performance targets, and operational standards
  8. Build team capabilities and succession plans
  9. Affiliate & Partnership Growth
  10. Develop strategic affiliate programs
  11. Expand partnership networks and business channels
  12. Negotiate and manage high-value partnerships
  13. Marketing Performance & Revenue Growth
  14. Oversee customer acquisition and retention initiatives
  15. Monitor campaign performance, ROI, CPA, LTV, and revenue contribution
  16. Optimize marketing investments and resource allocation
  17. Business Development
  18. Identify strategic partnerships and growth opportunities
  19. Build relationships with agencies, affiliates, communities, influencers, and industry partners
  20. Represent the company in business meetings and networking events
  21. Reporting & Analysis
  22. Prepare executive-level reports and growth plans
  23. Present performance updates and recommendations to management
  24. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, growth, affiliate management, business development, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of leadership or managerial experience
  • Proven track record in driving business growth and revenue generation
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven decision-making ability
  • Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and teams
