A Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting company growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
With good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
Willing to do fieldwork and client visits when needed.
