Required Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience handling Employee Relations and Engagement functions within HR.
  • Strong background in Labor Relations and Employee Relations.
  • Exposure to different HR facets is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR Partner for assigned programs and stakeholders, handling employee life cycle concerns such as onboarding, offboarding, lateral transfers, and employee movements.
  • Act as an HR Generalist with working knowledge of compensation and benefits, health and wellness programs, employee engagement, and other core HR processes. Coordinate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and support groups to ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.
  • Conduct regular meetings and touchpoints with program leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment on policies, compliance, employee concerns, and operational support.
  • Analyze HR trends, workforce metrics, and employee insights to recommend initiatives that improve employee engagement, productivity, and overall employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) in developing and implementing HR solutions, policies, and programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly HR reports including Attrition, Code of Conduct (COC), and Performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations and insights.
  • Handle and resolve employee relations concerns ranging from simple to complex cases through objective, thorough, and timely investigations and coordination.
  • Provide guidance on labor laws, company policies, disciplinary procedures, and Code of Conduct implementation. Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the disciplinary process.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of labor regulations and legal requirements related to employee management to minimize organizational risk and ensure compliance. Coordinate with Legal when necessary and represent the company during SENA conferences if authorized.
  • Facilitate New Employee Orientation, focus group discussions, crash courses, and other learning or engagement initiatives that promote a positive employee experience.
  • Act as a trusted people partner by supporting employee engagement, compliance, retention, and productivity initiatives across the organization.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and operations leaders to support business goals through effective HR partnership and employee support.
  • Assist in the conceptualization, development, and implementation of HR projects and initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational competitiveness.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional employee offboarding process, including documentation, data gathering, and reporting requirements.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Sr. HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Officer.
