Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Order Processing Assistant to support the daily order management activities within our Supply Chain & Logistics team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to start a career in operations and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies or delays
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and transactions
- Assist in inventory coordination and tracking
- Communicate with internal teams regarding order updates and issues
- Support documentation and reporting related to order processing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
