Job Title: Order Processing Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Order Processing Assistant to support the daily order management activities within our Supply Chain & Logistics team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to start a career in operations and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies or delays
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and transactions
• Assist in inventory coordination and tracking
• Communicate with internal teams regarding order updates and issues
• Support documentation and reporting related to order processing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
