Job Description:

• Diagnose complex automotive problems using advanced diagnostic equipment and software.
• Perform high-level repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Accurately document services performed and recommend future maintenance.
• Assist and mentor junior technicians and mechanics when needed.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about vehicle issues and repair timelines.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines during repair work.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification preferred.
• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Preferred Certification and experience with Mazda, Hyundai and Mitsubishi brand.
