Full job description

A Kaiyi PDI, inspects and services new vehicles when they are received from the manufacturer/distributor, and when the vehicles are to be delivered to dealer/customer. Makes minor repairs or adjustments to ensure the salable condition of the vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect all units coming from the manufacturer and ensure that said units are free from defects.
• Report all findings to the Service Manager for corrective measures.
• Ensures that all documents pertaining to pre-delivery inspections are properly accomplished.
• Confirm that all loose items of the vehicles are secured.
• Prepares and submits require PDI reports to the Service Manager and/or manufacturers.
• Coordinate with the Sales Dept. for scheduled releases to ensure that assigned units for delivery underwent proper PDI.
• Inspect and verify product quality, ensuring it meets standards before reaching the consumer.
• Safely drives the vehicle.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate/vocational courses are welcome
• With/without experience
• Willing to be trained and fast learner
• Can drive and ability to travel frequently as needed.
• Requires driver's license – at least restriction 2
