Job Description:

• Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repair procedures.
• Remove, repair, or replace damaged body panels and parts.
• Sand, mask, prime, and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Mix and apply paint using spray guns and other painting tools.
• Blend and finish paint to match original color and texture.
• Polish and finish painted surfaces to high-quality standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure work meets quality control standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Auto Body and Paint Technician.
• Knowledge of auto body repair techniques and painting processes.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in auto body repair.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
