Key Responsibilities
Operations & Sales Management- Manage area operations, sales activities, and partner relations.
- Meet/exceed sales targets; deliver presentations and marketing activities.
- Submit reports (IT Weekly, DAR, PMS, Market Share, etc.).
- Profile prospects, maintain partner relationships, and ensure market visibility.
- Conduct regular visits to partners and prospects.
- Ensure timely collections (cash/cheques) and manage documentation (receipts, contracts).
- Ensure zero past-due balances.
- Submit accurate reports on sales performance, service, and inventory.
- Handle product deliveries and replenishment requests.
- Ensure proper care of company assets (vehicles, phones, equipment).
- Conduct area visits and perform basic Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS).
- Work with District Sales Manager, Product Manager, and Marketing Head to align area strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends and execute strategies accordingly.
- Report incidents and make decisions based on company policies for smooth operations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, area management, or related fields is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills is a must.
- Ability to make sound decisions and work independently.
- Great time management skills.
- Proficiency in administrative duties and report generation.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive 4-wheeled vehicles.
- Professional and presentable, in line with company standards.
- Ability and willingness to travel and manage multiple locations.
- Basic technical aptitude for light equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
