PROJECT COORDINATOR / SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator / Sales Representative is responsible for overseeing project execution while actively engaging in sales activities. This role ensures the smooth coordination of internal resources and timelines, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Coordination
  • Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and timelines with relevant departments.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organize and document project meetings, updates, and client communications.
  • Assist in preparing project proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and clients during the project life cycle.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of project requirements.
Sales and Client Relations
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet monthly targets.
  • Promote company products/services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare accurate sales documents such as invoices, orders, and agreements.
  • Maintain a database of leads, sales activities, and customer information.
  • Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
Reporting and Support
  • Generate sales and project status reports for management.
  • Provide insights and feedback from customers to improve offerings and processes.
  • Assist in cost monitoring, billing follow-up, and after-sales support.
  • Participate in training, team meetings, and business reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, coordination, or customer service (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and basic project management systems.
  • Willing to travel or be assigned to client sites or project locations as needed.
