Job Description

The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling technology products and solutions, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a consultative approach, ensuring that clients receive solutions tailored to their business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell the company's technology products, solutions, and services to new and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase features and value.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and account management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and escalate complex or technical issues to sales manager or technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical support teams to deliver effective client solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by the Senior Sales Officer or Sales Manager.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1–3 years of proven B2B Technology or IT Solutions sales experience
  • Strong interest in technology products and ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with consultative selling ability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in achieving sales goals.
  • Experience conducting client meetings/product demonstrations
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications is an advantage.
  • Candidates from IT distributors, system integrators, telecom providers, security solutions, or enterprise technology companies would be highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits (Typical Range in PH)
  • Base Salary: 30,000 – 45,000 per month
  • Incentives/Commissions: Performance-based, typically adding 20–40% of base salary depending on sales results
  • Other Benefits: Allowances (e.g., communication, transport), standard company benefits, and training opportunities
