Technical Sales Support

The Technical Sales Support will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for audiovisual system solutions including PA-BGM, professional sound systems, LED walls, digital signage, and integrated systems.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and technical assessments to determine project feasibility and system requirements.
• Assist the sales team in presenting technical solutions to clients and addressing technical inquiries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, engineers, and project teams to ensure accuracy of system design and costing.
• Interpret technical drawings, layouts, and system designs relevant to AV installations.
• Ensure all proposed solutions align with client needs, project scope, and industry standards.
• Support post-sales implementation by providing technical guidance when needed.
• Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or Computer Engineering (CPE).
• Strong technical knowledge in Audiovisual systems, including:
• PA-BGM systems
• Sound reinforcement systems
• LED wall technology
• Digital signage solutions
• Systems integration
• Ability to prepare technical documentation, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Experience in site survey and technical evaluation is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and client site visits.
