Do you have a sharp eye for compliance and a strong background in international trade logistics? We are looking for an Export Document Officer fluent in both Thai and English to join our growing global team!
In this role, you will be the anchor for our shipping and export operations, ensuring that all international documentation is flawlessly prepared, processed, and compliant with customs regulations.- Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process vital export shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Bills of Lading.
Ensure absolute accuracy and strict regulatory compliance for all international shipments.
Coordinate and liaise effectively with external partners, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and relevant government agencies.
Navigate export procedures and stay up to date with changing international trade and customs regulations.- What We Are Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Customs Administration, or a related discipline.
Language: Professional fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is required.Experience: 1–2 years of experience in export documentation, shipping, or logistics is a big advantage.
Skills: Knowledge of global customs procedures; familiarity with ERP systems or customs portals is a plus. Strong attention to detail and great communication skills are essential.
Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Customs Administration, or any related field.
Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).
At least 1–2 years of experience in export documentation, shipping, logistics, or international trade is an advantage.
Knowledge of export procedures, customs regulations, and international shipping requirements.
Experience in preparing and processing export documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading, and other shipping documents.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and compliance of all export-related documents.
Familiarity with ERP systems, customs portals, and shipping management systems is an advantage.
Ability to liaise effectively with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and government agencies.
