About Our Client
Our client is a well-established staffing solutions provider founded in 1998, specializing in delivering highly competent technical staff to industries including Refinery, Utility, Industrial, Governmental, and Commercial sectors across Southern California.Originally built on a strong engineering foundation, the company has expanded to offer both contract and permanent placement services. With operations extending to California, Nevada, and Texas, they now serve a wide range of professional sectors, driven by strong client demand and a commitment to excellence.
What You'll Do- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring goals.
- Source top candidates through creative strategies—job boards, LinkedIn, direct outreach, and referrals.
- Screen candidates for technical expertise, project experience, and cultural alignment.
- Manage pipelines for diverse IT roles, ensuring timely communication and smooth candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and track progress.
- Stay ahead of IT recruitment trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to refine strategies.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment for the U.S. market.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (cloud, DevOps, software development, data engineering, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Advanced sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, boolean/x-ray search, and creative outreach methods.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working with onshore hiring managers and internal recruitment partners.
