About the Role
Support a fast-growing outsourcing company in managing end-to-end recruitment for global clients. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment platforms
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidate fit
Review and optimize CVs for client endorsement
Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling
Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely follow-ups
Collaborate with clients and internal teams on hiring needs
Qualifications
Experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job boards
Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and Google Workspace
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines independently
