Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing and Screening
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and talent databases.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Recruitment Process Support
