Job Description
  • Collaborate with colleagues to complete necessary projects.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
  • Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
  • Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
  • Carry out other general clerical tasks such as keeping records, typing documents and preparing emails/communications.
  • Handling inquiries and work requests.
  • Do basic research
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by the unit head
Qualifications
  • 4-year course graduate (related to Film)
  • Preferably knowledgeable with the local film industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
