Opportunity Overview- We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support business insights, enable data-informed decision-making, and contribute to service product commercialization, while coordinating and supporting a small team within the Teradyne Robotics Global Services.
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of two team members based in the Philippines—a Business Analyst focused on analytics and Power BI, and an Administrative Specialist supporting ERP, pricing setup, and invoicing.
- Set priorities, ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables, and provide guidance to support skill development across the team.
- Contribute to advanced business analysis supporting Global Services performance, including reporting and dashboard development (Power BI), and translating data into clear and actionable insights.
- Support leadership and global teams with decision materials, analyses, and structured recommendations.
- Support the development of service offerings for customers and partners, including contributing to pricing activities with a focus on consistency, scalability, and business value.
- Build a strong understanding of service products to clearly communicate offerings, pricing logic, and value propositions.
- Help document and organize service product portfolios, pricing models, and commercial frameworks.
- Work closely with Service Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams globally to support business cases, margin analyses, and service-related initiatives.
- Contribute to improving governance, pricing processes, and transparency across services.

- Experience coordinating or guiding others, through formal or informal leadership.
- Strong analytical capabilities; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
- Understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability in a B2B or service-oriented environment.
- Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and structured way.
- A proactive and organized approach, with a sense of accountability and follow-through.
- Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment and collaborating with diverse teams.
