QA / MICRO ANALYST
REPORTS TO : QA MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for conducting product testing, quality monitoring, and analytical activities to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Conduct laboratory testing and product analysis.
- Monitor production quality and sanitation compliance.
- Record and interpret testing results.
- Report deviations and non-conforming findings.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and laboratory procedures.
- Prepare laboratory reports and documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
