The Operations Officer supports and oversees day-to-day operations of local and international store branches, ensuring consistent execution of company standards, operational efficiency, and compliance across all locations. The role focuses on multi-branch coordination, performance monitoring, process standardization, and cross-border operational alignment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Monitor and support daily operations of local and international store branches
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and operational standards across all locations
- Coordinate with international branch leaders to align operational practices, reporting, and performance expectations
- Support store openings, expansions, and operational rollouts for international branches
- Track and analyze operational KPIs including sales performance, productivity, service levels, and compliance for local and international branches
- Prepare consolidated operational reports for management, including cross-country performance comparisons
- Assist in identifying operational risks and improvement opportunities across markets
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable local regulations in each operating country
- Support internal audits, operational reviews, and compliance checks for international operations
- Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions across branches
- Assist in developing, documenting, and updating SOPs to ensure standardized operations across countries
- Recommend and support process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost control, and service quality
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, HR, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of operations experience, preferably in multi-branch or international retail operations
- Experience coordinating with overseas branches or cross-cultural teams is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support international operations
