Job Summary
The Workforce Fulfillment & HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing manpower deployment, staffing coordination, and HR operational support to ensure workforce readiness across business operations. The role works closely with Recruitment, Operations, and Field Teams to ensure timely deployment and onboarding execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage workforce deployment schedules and staffing fulfillment
- Coordinate manpower requirements with Recruitment and Operations
- Track fulfillment KPIs including turnaround time and deployment completion
- Oversee onboarding and endorsement of new hires
- Ensure operational staffing continuity and workforce availability
- Generate manpower reports and operational analytics
- Lead fulfillment coordinators and HR operations staff
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in workforce fulfillment or HR operations
- Experience in high-volume staffing environments preferred
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
