JOB TITLE: OUTBOUND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Job Summary
The Marketing Outbound Executive is responsible for identifying potential business opportunities through market research, managing client proposals and quotations, monitoring project progress via sales portals, and providing essential support to the marketing and sales teams.This role plays a key part in driving outbound lead generation efforts and ensuring consistent communication with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conducts thorough market research to identify and qualify prospective clients.
- Prepares and customizes proposals and quotations for client submission.
- Monitors ongoing projects and client engagements using a designated sales portal.
- Supports the marketing and sales teams with administrative tasks and coordination as required.
- Performs additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth department operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably with prior experience in BPO companies focused on outbound calls.
- Background in sales and marketing support or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Comfortable with numerical tasks; proficient in basic mathematics.
