Project & Maintenance Engineer

1. Responsible for the maintenance and proper operation of all machines, equipment, and vehicles in the plant and warehouse.
2. Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of plant and warehouse machinery and company vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
3. Assist in maintenance and repair work of the plant, warehouse, and vehicles when able to perform the task.
4. Oversee the repair and upkeep of warehouse facilities, including structural, utility-related, and operational issues.
5. Ensure the general maintenance of the plant and warehouse, including electrical, mechanical, facility systems, and vehicle condition monitoring.
6. Coordinate with suppliers or service providers for equipment and vehicle servicing, parts replacement, and technical support.
7. Maintain records of maintenance schedules, equipment and vehicle repairs, inspection logs, and service reports.
8. Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures related to machinery, facilities, and vehicle usage.
9. Recommend improvements or upgrades for equipment efficiency, vehicle performance, and facility maintenance systems.
10. Assist management in planning maintenance budgets, including equipment and vehicle lifecycle management.
11. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance checklists for all equipment, facilities, machinery, and vehicles, ensuring regular monitoring and documentation of condition and performance.
12. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.

1. Handle project supplies procurement, including identifying required materials and equipment.
2. Conduct sourcing and canvassing of suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality materials.
3. Coordinate and oversee construction and engineering projects within the company.
4. Prepare and review project plans, timelines, and cost estimates.
5. Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed according to specifications and schedule.
6. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for project implementation.
7. Ensure projects comply with company standards, safety regulations, and engineering requirements.
8. Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates for management.
9. Assist in budget control and cost monitoring for ongoing projects.
10. Ensure proper completion and turnover of projects with required documentation and inspections.
11. Serve as the primary point person for clients regarding project-related concerns, coordination, updates, and communication.
12. To do other jobs that may be assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Preferably a Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• With relevant experience in project supervision and plant maintenance.
