You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring secure inter-office connectivity, overseeing cloud-based services, and delivering prompt remote technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Connectivity & Infrastructure Management:

• Collaborate with on-site teams in Manila, Bali, and Australia to assess and standardize network setups across subsidiary offices.
• Configure and manage secure site-to-site VPNs to ensure seamless, encrypted communication between offices.
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of a company-wide VPN that supports secure remote access for all employees.

Cloud Services & Remote Access Support:

• Secure and manage access to core cloud platforms (e.g., Google Drive and Notion) by enforcing best practices and multi-factor authentication.
• Provide prompt remote troubleshooting for connectivity issues and assist staff with secure access protocols.

Endpoint & Device Management:

• Ensure all office devices are equipped with approved antivirus and endpoint protection software, and maintain regular software updates.
• Utilize remote monitoring tools to track device compliance, address security vulnerabilities, and minimize downtime.

Proactive IT Monitoring & Maintenance:

• Deploy remote monitoring solutions to continuously assess network performance, detect anomalies, and generate automated alerts.
• Conduct regular security audits, performance tests, and system optimizations to safeguard against threats and improve efficiency.

Documentation, Training & Collaboration:

• Develop comprehensive documentation for network configurations, IT processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide virtual training sessions and create user guides to empower staff in secure IT practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Operations, HR, and IT—to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions across our multinational operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT systems administration, network management, and cybersecurity.
• Strong proficiency with remote IT support tools, VPN configuration, and remote monitoring solutions.
• Familiarity with managing cloud services and enforcing security protocols (e.g., multi-factor authentication).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills, with experience in creating clear documentation and delivering virtual training.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or Linux) are a plus.
