Digital Marketing Manager role is to manage paid ads, landing page conversion, email campaigns, retargeting, and growth tracking.
Main job is to turn attention into qualified users. The Company is building a two-sided marketplace, so marketing must support both sides.

- Manage paid advertising campaigns on:
- TikTok
- Improve landing pages and signup funnels.
- Build email campaigns for waitlist users.
- Create retargeting campaigns.
- Run A/B tests.
- Track website conversion rates.
- Improve cost per signup.
- Help build referral and ambassador programs.
- Monitor analytics across marketing channels.
- Report weekly performance.
- Work with founders on growth strategy.
- Help create campaigns for:
- Carriers
- Owner-operators
- Dispatchers
- Brokers
- Shippers
- Logistics companies
- Freight partners
Must haves:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing, growth marketing, or user acquisition campaigns.
- Proven experience running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and/or TikTok.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), including landing page optimization, funnel analysis, and A/B testing.
- Demonstrated ability to improve key performance metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per qualified signup, and conversion rates.
- Experience creating, managing, and optimizing email marketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Experience tracking, measuring, and reporting marketing performance through dashboards and weekly performance reports.
- Highly analytical, creative, and results-driven with a strong focus on conversions and growth.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience working closely with founders, leadership teams, or key stakeholders to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Understanding of the unique challenges of building and scaling a two-sided marketplace where both supply-side and demand-side users must be acquired and engaged.
- Ability to develop marketing strategies targeting multiple audience segments, including carriers, owner-operators, dispatchers, brokers, shippers, logistics companies, and freight partners.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present campaign insights, recommendations, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- This role is open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only.
