Job Summary
The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of their assigned team/unit. This includes setting targets, monitoring results, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.The role focuses on driving productivity, developing people, and achieving overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve individual and unit goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate team output, providing feedback and coaching for improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and compliance checks.
- Serve as a liaison between management and frontline staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new members to strengthen the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, training, or leadership roles.
- Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
- Passion for people development and mentoring.
- Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
