Position Overview
The IT Project Coordination and Management provides support in planning, organizing, and monitoring IT-related projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. This role acts as the link between project managers, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.The IT Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that technology initiatives—such as broadcast system upgrades, digital transformation projects, and compliance-driven IT enhancements—are properly tracked, documented, and executed.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Monitor day-to-day project progress and escalate risks or delays to the Project Manager.
Ensure deliverables are completed within agreed scope, schedule, and quality standards.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of project activities, requirements, and decisions.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Track budgets, resources, and timelines as assigned.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a point of contact between IT teams, business users, and vendors.
Facilitate project meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate schedules, resources, and dependencies across different teams.
Process & Compliance Support
Ensure that IT project activities adhere to internal policies, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks.
Support audit and documentation requirements related to IT projects.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve project coordination processes.
Share lessons learned and best practices with the PMO team.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT project coordination, project support, or related roles.
Exposure to media, broadcasting, telecom, or digital projects is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar).
Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
