Project & Event Management Associate

Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to post-event completion.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and event partners to achieve the best value and service.
- Prepare project updates, event reports, budgets, timelines, and post-event evaluations.
- Track project progress, monitor milestones, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and creative agencies, overseeing the development and timely delivery of marketing and promotional assets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Identify potential project risks and recommend solutions to keep initiatives on track.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a media agency, events agency, trade event organization, or similar environment, preferably as an Event Project Specialist, Project Coordinator, Lead Coordinator, or a related role.
- A dedicated Christian who upholds biblical stewardship and demonstrates integrity, accountability, and excellence in the workplace
- Willing to travel nationwide and work flexible hours as required by project and event schedules.
