DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Standardization: Develops and implements inspection checklists for every product line, from small

• Machine/Mold Audits: Regularly monitors injection molding parameters (temperature and

pressure) to ensure consistency in production and prevent common plastic defects like warping or

• Inbound Inspection: Inspects incoming raw materials (Resins and Colorants) to verify if they

match the required technical grade.

• End-of-Line Inspection: Leads the QC inspectors in checking finished goods for Flashing (excess

• Functional Testing: Conducts "Stress Tests" and "Drop Tests" to ensure that cabinets and drawers

• Non-Conforming Material (NCM): Manages the "Hold Area" for rejected products. Decides

whether the items are for repair, "Class B" sale, or for Regrinding (recycling back to raw material).

• Corrective Action (CAR): Issues Corrective Action Reports to the Production Team when reject

• Customer Feedback Analysis: Investigates quality complaints from retailers and provincial

resellers to identify root causes in manufacturing or handling.
