About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Order Processing Staff to join the DKC GROUP INC team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our warehousing and distribution operations. As a Warehouse Assistant / Order Processing Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facility, maintaining accurate inventory records, and processing customer orders efficiently.Your contribution will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients and maintain operational excellence across our logistics network.
Key responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory items, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and shipping requirements
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock in designated locations, utilizing proper storage systems and best practices
- Process order documentation, including picking lists, packing slips, and shipping labels
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records with physical stock
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring all items are correctly packed and labelled
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (where applicable and trained)
- Liaise with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational issues to management promptly
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar logistics environment
- Proficiency in order processing systems and warehouse management software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and data entry tasks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- Basic numeracy skills and the ability to read and interpret documentation
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and move items regularly throughout the day
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliability and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to punctuality and attendance
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse operations
