We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR and Administrative Assistant to support our recruitment efforts, employee relations initiatives, and daily administrative operations. Position Summary

The HR and Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the company's workforce and operations. This position is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee relations ,HR administration, records management, and general office support to help ensure a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and initial candidate assessments.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates for various positions, including cashiers, warehouse personnel, logistics personnel, and drivers.
  • Coordinate interviews with Owner and facilitate the selection process.
  • Prepare employment documents and assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates to management.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, attendance, and workplace concerns.
  • Support the development of a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Assist in addressing employee concerns and workplace issues in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution processes in compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
HR Administration
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping records.
  • Prepare and validate attendance reports for payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including physical and digital 201 files.
  • Ensure employee documentation is complete and updated at all times.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative assistance to management and various departments as needed.
  • Prepare business correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
  • Assist with permit applications, renewals, and other compliance-related requirements.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and special projects.

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Experience in agriculture, wholesale, retail, distribution, logistics, warehouse or similar industries is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
