Credit Review Officer

Responsible for conducting post-credit and documentation reviews, classifying documentary deficiencies, and ensuring proper setup and activation of credit facilities and collateral linkages. The role covers accounts within the Visayas Region and ensures compliance with the Bank’s credit policies and procedures.

• Conduct post-credit and documentation reviews to ensure compliance with approved loan terms.
• Issue Post-Documentary Deficiency Reports and Credit Facility Forms within prescribed turnaround times.
• Review Loan Approval Memoranda with focus on completeness and accuracy of documentary requirements.
• Classify pending requirements as Minor, Major, or Documents in Order (DIO).
• Set up, update, and activate credit facilities and collateral linkages in CLMS (CBS).
• Maintain accurate and complete credit files and collateral records.
• Coordinate with Lending Units to ensure timely compliance with outstanding deficiencies.
• Prepare and submit monthly Summary of Documentary Deficiencies and related reports.
• Perform other credit administration tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or any related business course.
• At least 2 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in Branch Operations, Credit Administration, or related roles.
• Experience as a Branch Operations Officer or equivalent is an advantage.
• Knowledge of banking procedures, internal controls, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
