Creative Digital Marketing Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Creative Digital Marketing Lead is a hands-on strategic leader responsible for both the vision and execution of digital marketing campaigns. This individual crafts and drives the digital marketing strategy while personally creating high-quality visual and multimedia content across all digital channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy across social media, email, web, paid ads, and emerging platforms
  • Set creative direction and brand consistency standards across all digital touchpoints
  • Analyze campaign performance data and optimize for KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement)
  • Report on marketing outcomes and present strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Design social media graphics, ad creatives, banners, and web assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, or Figma
  • Produce and edit short-form video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Write and edit compelling copy for ads, social posts, email campaigns, and landing pages
  • Oversee organic social media content calendars and community management
  • Coordinate influencer and partnership activations
  • Ensure all creative output is on-brand, on-time, and optimized per channel
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
  • Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or retail industries
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent)
  • Experience managing external creative agencies or freelance talent
  • Demonstrated portfolio of self-created digital creatives (graphic design, video, or multimedia)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma
Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong copywriting skills across digital formats (ads, social, email, web)
  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot
